In creating a brand identity for TASK Academy, I was tasked with building it from the ground up and to provide both a grounded/natural feel to represent the work being done with building and landscaping, combined with a clean sharp visual aesthetic to make sure the brand came across as professional and knowlegable. The additonal motion graphics that accompanied the branding utilised bespoke illustrations from a talented local artist Alice Palace. The merging of these drawings and the new brand style succeeded in giving TASK Academy a unique and approachable feel.
By integrating these hand-drawn elements into smooth and compelling animations, we created an identity that feels both personal and modern.
Beyond motion graphics, I designed a clean and versatile logo that embodies the academy’s mission and values.
The branding extended into print materials, including advertising campaigns that maintained consistency across vehicle and general signage, social media and wider marketing assets, all working together to form a cohesive brand feel.
I assisted in producing social media content and branding for the businesses outputs to grow their member base after their initial launch, all while ensuring the presence is consistent, accessible and stylish throughout.
Altogether, this project contributed to a successful brand experience, and helped create and grow TASK Academy’s reputation as an innovative academy for land based learning.
